Prices do not include any cash advance items, paid to third parties.  Examples include: Newspapers Publication Charges, Death Certificates, Cemetery Fees, Clergy & Church Fees, Musicians, Government Permits and Flowers.

                                                                               Services held on Saturdays and/or Sundays are an additional $350.00 per day.
