The Cremation Society of Rhode Island is pleased to provide our members with the opportunity to take pre-planning one step
further. By pre-paying your final arrangements at today's prices, you will further relieve your family or friends from the financial and emotional burden of such expenses.
Inflation causes prices to increase every year. Our service enables you to pay now for future services at today's lower prices. Pre-need funds are placed into a
state-approved plan. These contracts gain interest which is used to offset future cost increases. These funds cannot be withdrawn by anyone until they are needed to pay
for the services you selected. Because the funds are placed in an Irrevocable Vehicle, they are excluded when determining State or Federal financial assistance eligibility. At
the time of need, these funds will be withdrawn to pay for the cremation services selected. Regardless of what our charges are in the future, your services are guaranteed without additional cash outlay by family and friends. Our pre-payment plan is simple and convenient. While most of our members choose to pre-pay for their services up front by check, we realize that some people appreciate
the flexibility of time payments. For your convenience, we offer many types of payment plans.
